How can I upgrade my purchase of WP Go Maps
This article coversΒ upgrading the number of licenses purchased forΒ WP Go Maps Pro.
When purchasingΒ WP Go Maps Pro, you can choose between aΒ 3-Site LicenseΒ and anΒ Unlimited Site License. If you purchased the 3-Site License and later decide you want to useΒ WP Go Maps ProΒ on additional WordPress sites, you can upgrade to an Unlimited Site License.
To upgrade from a 3 Site Licence to an Unlimited Site Licence, all you need to do isΒ contact us. Please state that you wish to upgrade from your current Licence to the Unlimited Site License. Β In our response we will outline the following process:
- You need to send us the purchase email address you used to purchaseΒ WP Go Maps Pro.
- You need to confirm in your response that you want to upgrade the license.
- You must confirm that you agree to allow us to send aΒ Payment RequestΒ to your PayPal account for the balance between the 3-Site and the Unlimited Site Licence.
- After we have received the above information/confirmations, we will send theΒ Payment RequestΒ to your PayPal account.
After you receive a notification from PayPal that the payment has been successful, please contact us again and we will send you a download link with the Developer Edition of the plugin.Please note that we cannot release the plugin until the funds have been cleared.If you require assistance during any stage of this process, please get in touch with us via ourΒ contact pageΒ and we will be happy to help.
