When importing a CSV file and all import rows have failed and you recieve the error message "Geocode failed (Missing address, lat and lng)" eventhough you have addresses and lat and lng values in your import file, it is likely your CSV is not saved correctly as a true CSV file and the importer is unable to interpret this file as it should.

This is likely caused by a combination of your regional settings and the application you have used to edit the CSV file. In some regions, certain application such (as Excel), will change how CSV files are formatted causing them to not be recognised correctly by the importer.

It is recommended in this case that you edit your CSV file in Google Sheets as Google Sheets preserves the Correct CSV formatting.
